🚧 Big Day at the Garage! 🚧

Today was a major milestone — we got the power tied in and the garage lights turned on! 💡✨ Feels great to see everything coming together.

Next up: irrigation system installation, followed by sodding the entire backyard to bring it to life. 🌱🌿 Once that’s done, we’ll be ripping out the existing driveway to re-pour and give it a fresh new look.

🚨Progress Update 🚨 Today was a beautiful day to pour 40 yards of concrete for the first part of the driveway for the Garage Addition! 🚧✨ Now, we’re allowing it to cure over the next few days — couldn’t ask for better weather to get it done. ☀️💪

Next up outside for the back portion: final grading, irrigation, and sod to bring everything together. 🌱🌿 On the inside of the garage, since the painting is complete, we’ll be moving on to the electrical trim-out to finalize the interior details. 🛠️🔌. 🏗️🔨 Progress Update on the Garage Addition! 🚧✨

The last few days have been a whirlwind of activity! We’ve been busy flying trusses and getting things dried in. The breezeway connecting our current house to the new garage addition is now attached and looking great!

Here’s what’s been accomplished:
✅ All interior framing is complete
✅ Garage is officially dried in!

Looking ahead, this week is going to be fantastic! We have shingles being installed, and the electricians are hard at work on their rough-ins. By the end of the week, we’re aiming to have insulation installed. Our goal? To hand over the project to the drywall and stucco companies by Friday!

🚧 Progress Update on Our 4-Car Garage Addition! 🚧

We’ve wrapped up the block work, and everything is looking nice and plumb—huge shoutout to the block crew for their fantastic work! 🙌

Next steps: we’ll be pouring the lintels, and then we’ll finish off the week with flying trusses and framing. Can’t wait to see this project come to life!

🚧🏗️ Exciting Progress Alert! 🏗️🚧

Today, we completed a large slab pour for a 1600 sq ft 4-car garage addition! 🛠️💪 We had a huge boom pump on site this morning and rolled in numerous concrete trucks to get the job done right.

This foundation is 6 inches thick, reinforced with wire mesh and made with durable 4000 psi concrete. 💯🔨 It’s built to last, just like the memories that will be made here!

Our customer can’t wait to dive into some serious car work in the near future and with twin boys in the mix, this garage will be the perfect space for bonding over automotive adventures for years to come! 🚗

🌟 First project in the books! 🌟

We transformed a customer’s back patio into a more private sitting area with added functionality. 🏡✨

To start, we removed the existing screen and reinforced the structure with rebar on both the house and pillar sides for extra stability. We also ran conduit in the block, paving the way for her electrical outlet—perfect for hanging a TV and maximizing her outdoor enjoyment. 📺🔌

After blocking it up, we added concrete to four sections of the wall for enhanced strength. We then applied stucco to both the inside and outside, allowing it to cure for about a week. Finally, we wrapped it up with a fresh coat of paint! 🎨
